Swagata brings with her nearly two decades of rich experience in security and risk management across leading hospitality brands. She began her journey at Shangri-La, New Delhi, and went on to take on important roles at The Imperial, Crowne Plaza Suryaa, The Fern, ibis Delhi, Westin Hotels, The Lalit Great Eastern Kolkata, and most recently Accor, where she served as Security Manager for over nine years.

Her appointment is a significant milestone, as she is among the first women to take on the role of Loss Prevention Manager at Marriott International in the region, living up to the company’s values of diversity, inclusion, and promoting female leadership.
