Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West Appoints Kunal Kachhatiya as F&B Manager

Mumbai, 12 November 2025 – Fairfield by Marriott Mumbai Andheri West is pleased to announce the appointment of Kunal Kachhatiya as its new Food & Beverage Manager. In this role, Kunal is going to lead all aspects of the hotel’s dining and beverage services, along with culinary guest experiences. With this appointment, the hotel not just aims to focus on the qualitative enhancement of the hotel's F&B offerings but will also strengthen its presence and position in the market.

 Kunal joins the team with over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has held various leadership positions at multiple reputed hotel chains. He has worked with prominent names like the Westin Mumbai Garden City & Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport where he was able to play different roles such as as the assistant food & beverage manager to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction, to manage restaurant operations, event planning, and banquet operations management where he could consistently pursue excellence and innovation in each role that he has served.

 In his new position, Kunal will focus on enhancing and transfigure the hotel’s F&B offerings, building high performance teams who are committed to guest-first service, and maximising market insights. His role will include close involvement with the culinary leadership to design wholesome menus, beverage programs, and immersive guest experiences.
