Mr. Manjrekar brings an impressive 17 years of experience in hospitality HR, having led people strategies across trusted hotel brands like The Indian Hotel Company Limited (IHCL), The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts, Trident Hotels & Marriott International. Over the years, he has developed a strong understanding of talent engagement, organisational culture and the operational calls of a dynamic hotel environment. His leadership style is embedded in empathy, accountability and a sturdy commitment to encourage people to do their best work.

In his new role, Mr. Manjrekar will lead HR operations at Fairfield by Marriott Andheri West, with a focus on recruitment, associate improvement, performance frameworks and people-centric projects.
