With over 15 years of rich culinary experience across renowned hospitality brands, Chef Krishnendu brings a unique blend of innovation, leadership, and passion for creating memorable dining experiences. His career spans leadership roles with Compass Group India, Fairfield by Marriott Goa, Radisson Hotels, Mercure Hotels, Marriott International, The Lalit Hotels & Resorts, The Deltin Hotel & Casino, and P&O Cruises, where he honed his expertise in high-volume kitchen operations, menu development, and cost optimization.
Chef Krishnendu’s journey also includes working alongside celebrated chefs Marco Pierre White and Atul Kochhar during his tenure with P&O Cruises in the UK — an experience that deepened his flair for global flavors and refined techniques.
At Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur, he will lead the culinary team in curating thoughtfully crafted menus that reflect both local authenticity and global appeal, while ensuring the brand’s promise of delivering “The Beauty of Simplicity” through food. His focus will be on innovation, guest satisfaction, and fostering a dynamic kitchen culture.
