Vadodara, India – September 2025 — Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara, a leading name in hospitality, proudly announces the appointment of Narendra Singh as its new Food & Beverage Manager.
Bringing with him over 25 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Narendra Singh is widely respected for his operational excellence, team leadership, and commitment to guest satisfaction. He has held senior positions across India’s top restaurant groups and hotels, managing large-scale food and beverage operations across both fine dining and quick-service formats.
Most recently, he served as Corporate General Manager at Fusion Foods India, overseeing diverse brands including Goa Portuguesa, Jashan, Charcoal Dosa, Saladify, and Subway. Prior to that, he held leadership roles with International Food Company (managing operations for Little Italy, Mainland China, and Mirch Masala), TGB Vadodara, and Ambrosia (Picasso Restaurant).
Narendra has consistently demonstrated expertise in launching and scaling operations, managing large teams, designing banquet menus, and ensuring profitability across hotel F&B units. Over the years, he has handled prestigious VVIP events for dignitaries including Prime Minister Narendra Modi (as then Gujarat CM) and cricket icons such as Irfan Pathan and Kiran More. He has also overseen catering for international cricket matches held in Baroda.
An alumnus of IHM Bhopal with a B.A. from Gujarat University, Narendra Singh’s in-depth knowledge of hospitality standards and customer-centric service make him an invaluable addition to the Fairfield by Marriott Vadodara.
