With over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality sector, Ayan brings a proven track record in driving food and beverage innovation, enhancing service standards, and creating memorable guest experiences. In his new role, he will spearhead food and beverage (F&B) initiatives across the Fortune Hotels portfolio, focusing on operational excellence and brand-wide culinary innovation.

Prior to joining Fortune Hotels, Ayan held key leadership positions with several prestigious hospitality brands, including The Park Hotels, ITC Hotels, The Stadel, Ambuja Neotia, and Kenilworth Hotels. He is particularly recognized for his expertise in streamlining food and beverage (F&B) operations and leading smart-casual dining concepts. His progressive culinary outlook and commitment to service excellence further strengthen Fortune Hotels’ food and beverage offerings.
