Fortune Hotels Appoints Supriyo Dhali as General Manager, Brand Operations

Fortune Hotels, a member of the ITC Hotels’ Group, today has announced the appointment of Supriyo Dhali as General Manager, Brand Operations at Fortune Select Siliguri.

An experienced hotelier with over 25 years in the industry, Supriyo brings a proven record of excellence in hotel operations, guest engagement, and brand-led service delivery. In his new role, he will be responsible for hotel’s end-to-end functioning, with a strong focus on elevating the guest experience and strengthening the brand’s presence in the region.

Throughout his career, Supriyo has held leadership roles with some of India’s most renowned hospitality brands, including Sterling Holidays, Lemon Tree Hotels, Club Mahindra, Park Inn by Radisson, Taj Hotels, and ITC Hotels.

Most recently, he served as General Manager at Sterling Aravalli, Udaipur, where he successfully led a 70-key upscale resort with multiple banquet venues, enhancing both guest satisfaction and operational performance.
