With over 13 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Birendra Singh brings a strong track record of operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and team leadership to his new role. Prior to this appointment, he was associated with Courtyard by Marriott, Bhopal, where he served as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across restaurants, banqueting, and lounge facilities.

Throughout his career, Birendra has worked with reputed hospitality brands including Courtyard by Marriott, Marriott Whitefield, Bengaluru, and The Leela Palaces, Hotels & Resorts. His expertise spans restaurant and bar operations, banquet management, guest experience enhancement, revenue-driven marketing strategies, team training, and adherence to brand standards. He is known for consistently maintaining high Guest Voice (GV) and customer feedback scores, with multiple accolades including Best Manager of the Month and achieving top rankings in Asia Pacific Guest Voice Reports.

In his new role, Birendra Singh will be responsible for leading the overall food and beverage strategy, enhancing guest experiences, driving operational efficiencies, and elevating service standards in line with the organization’s vision.
