Chef Semwal’s distinguished career spans some of the world’s most renowned hospitality brands, including JW Marriott Bangkok, InterContinental Bangkok, Marriott Merlin Beach Phuket, and the award-winning Gaggan restaurant in Thailand. In India, he has previously led kitchens at Radisson Blu Resort Dharamshala, Fairfield by Marriott Dehradun, and the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel, New Delhi.
In his new role at Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, Chef Semwal oversees all culinary operations and has already made a remarkable impact.
