Nilesh’s career journey includes impactful tenures at Taj West End, Sheraton Grand Whitefield, and The Oberoi, Bengaluru, where he consistently delivered exceptional guest experiences, implemented innovative service enhancements, and managed successful pre-openings. His leadership style blends operational discipline with a deep passion for hospitality, making him an invaluable addition to the team.
