 MYSORE, 11.02.2026 - Grand Mercure Mysore appoints Suresh Kumar, a seasoned hospitality leader, as Food and Beverage Manager. With over 20 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, he joins from ibis Styles Mysuru, where he contributed to the hotel’s early growth phase. During his tenure, he played a key role in strategically shaping the F&B landscape and defining the identities of its signature outlets The Verandah, Flamingo Bar, and rooftop destination KA 16, positioning them as preferred local dining venues.

Suresh has previously held leadership roles including Banquet Manager at Novotel and ibis Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and Restaurant Manager at Taj Hotels. Leveraging his expertise in menu engineering, cost optimization, and strategic business planning, he will lead end to end food and beverage operations at Grand Mercure Mysore, focusing on service excellence, guest satisfaction, and business performance. He will oversee the hotel’s signature outlets La Uppu, By The Blue, and Silk Bar, curating distinctive dining experiences defined by quality and consistency.
