With an illustrious career spanning over 16 years in the hospitality industry, Chef Amit brings a wealth of expertise in culinary innovation, team leadership, and menu development.

Prior to joining this esteemed property, Chef Amit held key positions in renowned hospitality brands, including Hyatt and Shangri-La. His journey is marked by distinguished leadership roles, notably as Executive Chef at Hyatt Ahmedabad, where he spearheaded innovative menu concepts, optimized kitchen operations, and enhanced the guest dining experience. His experience also includes a tenure at Hilton Embassy Manyata Tech Park, where he played a pivotal role in launching Hilton Garden Inn and the Hilton Convention Center.

Passionate about crafting memorable dining experiences, Chef Amit specializes in Oriental, Western, Indian, and Indian cuisines. His expertise in high-volume banquet catering, food cost optimization, and staff mentorship has consistently elevated culinary standards at every establishment he has been a part of.
