He has previously been associated with renowned hospitality groups such as The LaLiT Suri Hospitality Group, Radisson Hotel Group, and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, where he gained extensive experience in managing operations, driving service excellence, and leading high-performing teams across diverse markets.

An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Shimla, Sahil Joshi has spent his career shaping teams and systems that deliver exceptional guest experiences. Known for his collaborative leadership style and attention to detail, he has been instrumental in streamlining operations, mentoring teams, and driving consistent service excellence in competitive urban markets.
