Gurugram, 17th March 2025: Hilton Gurugram Baani City Centre is pleased to announce the appointment of Abishek Chandran as Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications. With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, including a significant tenure at Hilton, Abishek has a proven track record of successfully driving marketing and communication strategies, boosting brand visibility, and executing impactful campaigns that have contributed to the growth of Hilton’s portfolio.

In his new role, Abishek will spearhead marketing and communication strategies across the cluster, working closely with the cluster commercial director, general managers, and Hilton brand’s teams. He will be responsible for developing and executing innovative campaigns, advancing brand growth, and cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders to elevate Hilton Gurugram’s reputation and market position. This marks the second pre-opening experience, further highlighting his expertise and exposure in establishing and driving the success of new properties.

Abishek has consistently demonstrated excellence in managing brand standards, crafting high-performing campaigns, and reinforcing the brand's identity. His strategic contributions have played a pivotal role in strengthening both the resort and the brand’s market presence, significantly driving revenue growth. His ability to build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners has been instrumental to Hilton Gurugram’s success in the region. Additionally, he works closely with the Hilton corporate office to ideate and implement campaign rollouts across the entire region. Some of the key campaigns include "It's Ok" and "Wedding Diaries by Hilton."
