Hilton Jaipur is proud to announce the appointment of Chef Tapeswar Jana as its new Executive Chef. With an illustrious 14-year career in the hospitality industry, Chef Tapeswar brings a dynamic vision and a remarkable record of culinary excellence to his new role.
Throughout his career, Chef Tapeswar has held key positions with several prestigious hospitality brands, including ITC Hotels, InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels, and The Raintree Chennai. At each of these brands, he has demonstrated exceptional culinary leadership, innovation, and creativity.
Chef Tapeswar has been a part of the Hilton family for over six years, building a strong reputation for his culinary expertise and leadership. He began his journey with DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panaji, followed by DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Arpora and DoubleTree by Hilton Jaipur Amer, gaining hands-on experience across various kitchen operations and strengthening his managerial abilities.
Chef Tapeswar’s move to Hilton Jaipur reflects Hilton’s dedication to nurturing and promoting talent within the organization. Over the years with Hilton, he has actively implemented sustainability practices that reduce food waste, promote the use of seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, and encourage environmentally responsible kitchen operations, aligned with Hilton’s ESG strategy, Travel with Purpose.
In his new role, Chef Tapeswar will lead Hilton Jaipur culinary operations, working closely with his team to craft innovative menus that combine global inspiration and flavors. His vision is to elevate Hilton Jaipur’s dining experience, offering guests a refined and memorable culinary journey.
For him, “Outdoor Catering” is an exciting opportunity in the Jaipur market, and he wants to further strengthen Hilton Jaipur’s positioning as a premium player through innovation, sustainability, and a guest-centric approach.
