In her new role, Karen will lead brand management and integrated marketing communications, supporting the hotels strategic objectives and strengthening its market presence.

With over six years of experience across public relations, marketing communications and the hospitality sector, Karen brings a strong understanding of brand storytelling, consumer engagement, and integrated campaign execution. Her experience spans developing purposeful narratives, driving visibility, and delivering marketing initiatives aligned with business and brand goals.

Karen’s career in marketing communications has been shaped by her strategic mindset and hands-on experience across traditional and digital platforms.
