In his previous role as Front Office Manager at Holiday Inn Express Bengaluru Yeshwantpur, Faisal played a pivotal role in enhancing guest satisfaction, driving team efficiency, and upholding the brand’s service standards.
With over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Faisal brings a deep understanding of hotel operations, guest engagement, and team development. Over the years, he has successfully led initiatives that improved key performance metrics, earned departmental accolades, and contributed to achieving milestones such as the TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Award (2023) and Best Department of the Year (2024) under his leadership.
