Notably, during his tenure with IHG as the Director of Sales and Marketing for Holiday Inn properties in Pune and Chandigarh, he achieved remarkable results, including a 10% growth in topline revenue and earning accolades for his team’s outstanding performance across multiple metrics.

Nitin has consistently excelled in crafting and executing innovative sales and marketing strategies, fostering strategic client partnerships, and orchestrating impactful marketing campaigns to enhance market share and profitability. His exemplary contributions include designing bespoke promotional packages targeting corporate clientele, securing high-value accounts, and leveraging cutting-edge digital platforms to boost business performance, as evidenced by his accomplishments at Amari Hotel Dhaka and Radisson Blu Rudrapur. His expertise spans RFP solicitation, optimizing GDS channels, and ensuring sustained excellence in performance metrics such as MPI and RGI.
