New Delhi, 6th November 2025 – Holiday Inn Express Gurugram, Sector 50 is thrilled to announce the appointment of Lata Pande as General Manager.
Lata is a seasoned hospitality professional with over 18 years of experience at top-tier brands, including Oberoi and Marriott. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management from Lucknow University and a PGCHRM from the highly regarded XLRI, Jamshedpur.
Lata started her career at Oberoi Hotels, before taking on different leadership roles in Suryagarh, at Jaisalmer and Westin Gurgaon. She even gained experience handling Administration and Operations at Billerud, the Swedish packaging paper company, thus adding further credence to her corporate expertise. Previously, was Director of Operations & Business Development, (North India) with BluSalzz Hospitality where she was in charge of delivering operational efficiency and growth of several properties.
In her new role, Lata will oversee daily operations, champion guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of service at Holiday Inn Express Gurugram, Sector 50. She will focus on empowering teams, streamlining operations, and delivering value-rich experiences for both business and leisure travellers.
