With over 11 years of dedicated experience in the hospitality industry, Siddhu Birajdar has developed strong expertise in luxury sales, event sales, and the large MICE segment, along with a proven track record in proactive sales management. His career began in 2014 at Hyatt Pune, where he gained valuable operational experience in luxury hospitality.

Following this foundation, Siddhu expanded his professional footprint across northern India, managing event and group sales for esteemed brands such as IHG – Crowne Plaza Gurgaon, and later at Andaz Delhi, a luxury lifestyle hotel in Aerocity, New Delhi.

Returning to western India, Siddhu played a key role in the pre-opening of Radisson Blu Nashik, an upscale urban resort. He then joined JW Marriott Pune as Senior Sales Manager, where he continued to build strong client relationships and lead proactive sales initiatives with confidence and competence.

In March 2023, Siddhu Birajdar joined Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad as Assistant Director of Event Sales. Through consistent performance and leadership, he was promoted to Director of Event Sales and has now been elevated to the role of Director of Sales – MICE & Events.

A firm believer that “nothing is impossible” when one is committed to their goals, Siddhu began his hospitality journey in the Housekeeping Department. Through cross-training opportunities and with the mentorship of inspiring leaders at Hyatt, he transitioned into Sales. This comprehensive foundation in hotel operations has enabled him to blend service excellence with strategic sales performance, shaping him into the dynamic sales leader he is today.
