Chennai, November 2025:  A seasoned hospitality leader with over 17 years of distinguished experience across India’s finest luxury hotels, Anirudhya brings with him a wealth of operational expertise, creative vision, and a deep passion for curating exceptional guest experiences.

In his new role, Anirudhya will spearhead all food and beverage operations across Hyatt Regency, Chennai, overseeing its restaurants, bars, banquets, in-room dining, and culinary events. He will be responsible for enhancing the hotel’s dining identity, driving innovative gastronomic concepts, and ensuring every guest encounter reflects Hyatt’s hallmark of warm hospitality and world-class excellence.

With a career spanning some of the country’s most prestigious hotel brands, Anirudhya has consistently demonstrated his ability to merge operational precision with creative leadership. Most recently, he served as the Multi-Property Director of Food & Beverage at Hyderabad Marriott Hotel & Convention Centre and Courtyard by Marriott Hyderabad, where he successfully led multiple F&B outlets and large-scale banqueting operations. His strategic initiatives in service innovation and process improvement played a pivotal role in elevating both profitability and guest satisfaction.

Before his tenure with Marriott, Anirudhya held key leadership positions across Hilton Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, and Taj Hotels, Resorts & Palaces, where he honed his expertise in pre-openings, brand building, and guest experience management. His extensive background includes overseeing multi-outlet operations, high-volume banquets, and premium dining experiences that have consistently set new benchmarks in service quality and culinary excellence.

A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Kolkata, Anirudhya is known for his forward-thinking leadership, team mentorship, and his ability to bring together innovation and hospitality in every initiative. He is deeply passionate about creating experiences that go beyond dining—crafting moments that celebrate local flavors, global sensibilities, and the Hyatt spirit of care.
