Chennai, July 2025 – Hyatt Regency Chennai is pleased to announce the appointment of Ridhima Nagpal as the new Marketing and Communications Manager. Ridhima brings with her over 8 years of extensive experience across the advertising, hospitality, and communications industries. Her career is marked by a deep passion for storytelling, brand strategy, and creating high-impact campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Ridhima’s journey in the world of brand and marketing communications has been defined by her creative agility, strategic acumen, and a deep understanding of both digital and traditional media landscapes. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a unique ability to translate brand stories into engaging campaigns and integrated marketing strategies that build visibility, trust, and consumer connection.

In her most recent role at Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore, Ridhima led the hotel’s MarCom strategy, managing cross-functional teams including photographers, agencies, and influencers. She was instrumental in executing end-to-end PR and revenue generation events, curating digital assets, and handling all OTA platforms for brand presence, hygiene, and visibility. Her contributions significantly enhanced the property’s digital footprint and guest engagement metrics.

Before her time at Hyatt Centric, Ridhima worked as a Social Media Manager & Planner at People Design & Communication, where she handled content calendars, oversaw brand positioning for multiple clients, and executed successful product campaigns. She also worked with ROH Inc., contributing to SEO, content creation, and brand amplification for mental health platforms like Diskuss and Benefits. Her strong foundation in storytelling and strategy has allowed her to seamlessly navigate between sectors, always keeping the core message and audience impact at the forefront.
