Pune, India — Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mohammad Yusuf Yamin as the new Director of Human Resources. With over 15 years of extensive experience across renowned hospitality brands in India and Nepal, Mr. Yamin brings deep expertise in people management, employee engagement, conflict resolution and industrial relations.

 He joins us from Hyatt Regency Kathmandu, where he served as Director of Human Resources for over two years, leading HR strategy, strengthening colleague engagement and driving organisational development initiatives. Prior to this, he spent nearly a decade with The Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) across key locations including Srinagar, Lucknow and Corbett National Park. During this tenure, he played an instrumental role in enhancing HR processes, elevating team performance, fostering a positive workplace culture and managing complex people-related challenges with fairness and clarity.

 Known for his hands-on leadership style, strategic mindset and strong ability in conflict management and industrial relations, Mr. Yamin brings a balanced and people-first approach that aligns with the values of Hyatt.

 In his new role at Hyatt Regency Pune & Residences, he will oversee all Human Resources functions, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, performance management and colleague well-being.
