Trivandrum, September 2025: Hyatt Regency Trivandrum has appointed Sandeep Mohan as its new Director of Food & Beverage, effective September 8, 2025. With close to two decades of rich hospitality experience, Sandeep has held leadership roles across some of the world’s most prestigious hotel brands — including Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, and Grand Hyatt Kochi. Over the course of his career, he pioneered the launch of luxury cruising for Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Palau and had the opportunity to work alongside Michelin-starred chefs, further shaping his expertise in curating world-class culinary experiences.
Known for his strong operational expertise, guest-centric approach, and ability to lead high-performing teams, Sandeep has consistently contributed to enhancing food and beverage offerings across luxury hospitality environments.
