With over 27 years of rich and diverse experience in the hospitality industry, Rakesh brings a strong track record of operational leadership, commercial strategy, and guest-centric excellence to the Pink City.
In his new role at Jaipur Marriott Hotel, Rakesh will be responsible for driving the hotel’s strategic vision, enhancing market positioning, and delivering memorable guest experiences, while fostering a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and continuous upliftment
A seasoned hospitality professional, Rakesh has worked with Hyatt, Taj, Shangri-La, and Radisson, gaining extensive exposure across luxury, upscale, and business hospitality segments. His comprehensive expertise in operations, sales and marketing, revenue management, and customer experience equips him to effectively lead the 374-key hotel with one of Rajasthan’s largest banquet spaces, catering to large-scale leisure, corporate, and destination wedding requirements.
Most recently, Rakesh served as General Manager at Radisson Blu Dwarka. Known for his hands-on leadership style, people-first mindset, and strong business acumen, he consistently builds high-performing teams while delivering sustainable results.
Outside of his professional life, Rakesh has earned a Diploma of Education in French Language and Literature from Alliance Française de Delhi, reflecting his appreciation for culture and continuous learning. His commitment to excellence has earned him industry recognition for operational innovation and team development. When off duty, Rakesh is an avid reader and a sports enthusiast, finding balance and inspiration through literature while focusing on recreational wellbeing.
