With an illustrious career spanning over 25 years in luxury hospitality, Nikhil Kher brings with him extensive experience in operations, brand building, and guest experience management across some of India’s most prestigious hotel brands. Known for his strategic insight and hands-on leadership, he has successfully led teams to achieve operational excellence, elevate service standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences that embody both authenticity and sophistication.
In his new role as General Manager, Nikhil will oversee the complete operations of Jaisalmer Resort & Spa, driving performance across rooms, wellness, dining, and guest engagement.
