With an impressive career spanning nearly two decades across India’s leading luxury hotels, Surat brings deep operational expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of guest comfort and cleanliness.

SuratjoinsthehotelfromTheWestinGoa,whereheservedasExecutiveHousekeeperandled the housekeeping operations with a focus on efficiency, service excellence, and team training. Prior to this, he spent over nine years at The St. Regis Mumbai, rising through roles that included Housekeeping Executive, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, and Manager Housekeeping. His tenure there strengthened his capabilities in managing large teams, luxury service delivery, and high-volume operations.

A graduate of the Metropolitan Institute of Hotel Management, Surat brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in the luxuryhospitalitysector.Hismeticulousattentiontodetail, commitment to quality, and people-first leadership style make him a strong addition to the hotel’s senior team.

In his new role at JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Surat will oversee all areas of the Housekeeping Department, focusing on service consistency, brand standards, guestroomquality, and training-led excellence. His appointment reinforces the hotel’s dedication to delivering an elevated stay experience for every guest.
