Seasoned hospitality HR professional, brings with her over 10 years of experience in driving people strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness across leading hotel brands.

Amruta brings with her over 10 years of extensive experience across luxury hospitality and corporate organizations, with a strong focus on people strategy, leadership development, organizational culture, and HR excellence.

With a decade of experience in hospitality human resources, she has worked with leading global brands including IHG Group and Marriott International. Her expertise spans talent engagement, organizational culture building, and aligning HR practices with the operational needs of hotel teams.

Prior to joining Marriott Suites, Pune, Amruta served as Human Resources Manager at JW Marriott Pune, where she played a key role in strengthening people processes and driving associate-focused initiatives.
