Clint Rodrigues has joined Meluha The Fern, Mumbai, as Director of Food & Beverage. In his current position, he is responsible for managing the entire F&B operations of the hotel, including the 24-hour coffee shop Tiara, the lounge bar Vandal, and Parabola.

Clint is a seasoned F&B operations person and has two decades of experience under his belt. Before joining Meluha, he was associated with Park Inn by Radisson (RHG) Bournemouth, UK. He has also worked with reputed brands such as The Resort (Chalet Hotels Ltd.) in Mumbai and Holiday Inn (IHG Hotels) in Mumbai. He started his career at JW Marriott Mumbai and slowly climbed the ladder.

He is well versed with the operations, and his skill set includes strategic planning & operations and operations management. Over his long career, he has developed and implemented food & beverage strategies to enhance revenue and guest satisfaction. Other areas of expertise are preparing and managing department budgets, ensuring cost control and revenue maximization.
