With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Baragith has built a progressive career specialising in operations management, guest experience and strategic development. In his new role, he will continue to oversee all aspects of resort operations, driving quality, profitability and brand standards across departments, while shaping strategic plans, budgets and business growth initiatives.

At Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, Baragith has been instrumental in achieving exceptional operational results through a relentless focus on guest satisfaction, team development and service excellence. His collaborative leadership has fostered a culture of performance, positioning the resort as one of Ras Al Khaimah’s leading family and leisure destinations.

Prior to joining the resort, Baragith held key operational roles across several Mövenpick properties in the UAE, including Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Al Mamzar Dubai, Mövenpick Bur Dubai and Mövenpick Jumeirah Beach Dubai. His career also spans leadership positions at Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa, Rotana Hotels and DAMAC Maison, Cour Jardin, complemented by early experience in F&B and front office operations with Radisson and Jaz Resorts in Egypt.
