Farhan has made a remarkable impact across every property he has been associated with - spearheading innovative sales strategies, strengthening brand positioning, and elevating guest journeys. Known for his dynamic approach and ability to exceed ambitious targets, he has built strong relationships across the travel trade, corporate, and lifestyle segments - networks that will play a vital role in shaping W Goa’s future.

Prior to joining W Goa, Farhan held key leadership roles at The Westin Goa and Novotel Mumbai Juhu, where he achieved significant milestones in growth, market positioning, and brand distinction. Anuraag Kadam - Director of Human Resources

He brings with him a wealth of experience, having worked with some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands, including Hilton Hotels and Resorts, The Leela Palaces Hotel and Resort,Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces - each shaping his dynamic leadership and refined expertise.

His extensive experience and strategic approach to people management will play a pivotal role in strengthening W Goa’s vibrant workplace culture while further aligning the brand’s people-first philosophy with its bold vision for the future.
