Nisha Rai Joins Novotel Guwahati GS Road as Housekeeping Manager

Novotel Guwahati GS Road is delighted to welcome Nisha Rai, an accomplished hospitality professional, as the new Housekeeping Manager. With over a decade of experience in luxury and upscale hotels, Nisha brings a wealth of knowledge in housekeeping operations, quality control, and team development.

A graduate in Hotel Management from Nagaland, Nisha has previously worked with some of the most prestigious brands in the hospitality industry, including Taj Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Marriott International, and Dubai World Trade Centre. Most recently, she served as Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Novotel Hyderabad Airport, where she played a key role in maintaining brand standards, leading a high-performing team, and consistently enhancing guest satisfaction.
