He is widely respected for optimizing hotel performance, managing complex multi-department operations, and building high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Noormahal Palace, Jasrotia served as Vice President with Radisson Hotel Group, leading commercial and operational strategies for landmark palace resorts including Radisson Blu Palace Resort & Spa, Udaipur, and Radisson properties in Alibaug, Visakhapatnam, and Jammu. His career also includes senior leadership roles with Lansum Hospitality in association with Radisson Hotel Group, The Park Hotels, the Taj Group of Hotels, and The Leela Palace, Bengaluru.
