Novotel Ahmedabad Appoints Puneet Singh Bhati as Learning & Development Manager

Novotel Ahmedabad is proud to welcome Mr. Puneet Singh Bhati as the new Learning & Development Manager. With a wealth of experience and a proven track record, Mr. Bhati is set to enhance our training framework and strengthen our people practices.

With over 15 years of experience spanning both hospitality and corporate sectors, Mr. Bhati has held key roles with esteemed brands such as Radisson, The Lalit, and most recently, Belvedere Golf & Country Club (Adani Group), where he spearheaded learning strategies across club and hotel operations.

An alumnus of executive programs at IIM Ahmedabad and the Ahmedabad Management Association, and a certified POSH trainer, Mr. Bhati is recognized for his strategic insight and empathetic leadership. These qualities form the foundation of his impactful approach to capability-building.
