Novotel Guwahati Appoints Cheten P. Lepcha as Talent & Culture Manager

Novotel Guwahati is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Cheten P. Lepcha as their new Talent & Culture Manager.

With over eight years of rich experience in Human Resources, Cheten brings exceptional expertise in talent development, employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership development.

His journey with Accor began in 2017 as a Talent & Learning Intern at Fairmont Jaipur, followed by impactful roles across all three ibis Hotels in North India. Most recently, he served as Talent & Culture Manager at ibis Gurgaon Golf Course Road, where he led strategic HR initiatives and championed a people-first culture.

Cheten’s dedication and leadership have earned him multiple accolades, including the Accor Emerging Leader of the Year Award 2021. He is also a Certified Graduate of Accor’s Global Leadership Program Pro 2025, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and excellence.
