Over the past decade, Aranya have had the privilege of working with some of India’s finest hospitality brands JW Marriott Kolkata, The Westin Goa, Sheraton Grand Pune, and JW Marriott Pune – leading diverse food & beverage operations, innovative pop-ups, award-winning bar takeovers, and record-breaking revenue initiatives. These experiences have shaped his approach to guest engagement, team development, and culinary creativity.

As Aranya steps into this new role with Novotel Guwahati, he looks forward to bringing this journey forward in the vibrant city of Guwahati and creating elevated dining and beverage experiences that delight our guests.
