Novotel Guwahati GS Road, a leading hotel in the heart of Guwahati, is proud to announce the appointment of Dinesh Singh, an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Leader, as its new Learning & Development Manager. With a wealth of expertise in the hospitality industry, Dinesh brings a proven track record of driving Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills, designing and executing training programs.

Prior to joining Novotel Guwahati GS Road, Dinesh served as the Assistant Manager in L&D at Fairmont Jaipur, Rajasthan where he was responsible for driving soft skills, Leadership and evaluate the Training program with new Heartists for all level in all areas in the premises, other his expertise in previous companies such as Marriott, Leela, Radisson, Accor in F&B service department includes L&D Will Help the hotel elevating the guest experience and Hotel position.

Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from the Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar Punjab, His academic foundation, combined with years of hands-on experience, has equipped him with the skills and insights to thrive in his new role.
