Novotel Guwahati GS Road is delighted to announce the promotion of Ms. Rumi Crasto to Front Office Manager. With over eight years of expertise in guest services across leading hospitality brands, Rumi has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to service excellence, guest loyalty, and operational efficiency.

Before joining Novotel Guwahati, she gained valuable experience with renowned hotels such as Novotel Mumbai, Radisson Kandla, Radisson Mumbai, and The Zuri Kumarakom Kerala Resort & Spa. In her new role, Rumi will be responsible for leading the entire front office operations at Novotel Guwahati GS Road, driving RPS, enhancing guest satisfaction, and ensuring seamless guest experiences.
