Jaipur, India – We are delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Rajinikanth Ramadass as the new Director of Sales & Marketing at Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and Jaipur Exhibition & Convention Centre (JECC).

With over 15 years of distinguished experience in hospitality sales and marketing, Mr. Ramadass brings a strong track record of revenue growth, market repositioning, and high-performing team leadership. He has consistently driven strategic initiatives that enhanced brand visibility, increased market share, and delivered exceptional financial performance across leading hospitality brands

Most recently, he served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa, where he successfully repositioned the resort in the luxury segment and implemented innovative sales and digital marketing strategies, resulting in a 17% increase in revenue. His career journey also includes leadership roles with prestigious properties such as Grand Hyatt Goa, Park Hyatt Chennai, and The Westin Chennai Velachery, where he delivered significant ADR growth, RevPAR improvement, and strengthened corporate and MICE segments.

Known for his strategic mindset, analytical expertise, and strong relationship-building skills, Mr. Ramadass has demonstrated excellence in revenue management, account portfolio optimization, digital marketing initiatives, and large-scale banqueting sales. His ability to align commercial strategy with operational excellence makes him a valuable addition to the leadership team.

In his new role, Mr. Ramadass will spearhead the overall sales, marketing, and revenue strategy for Novotel Jaipur Convention Centre and JECC, further strengthening their positioning as premier destinations for MICE, exhibitions, weddings, and large-scale events in Rajasthan.
