Hyderabad, India –Park Hyatt Hyderabad is pleased to announce the appointment of Nitin Nair as Area Director of Revenue Management – South India, effective December 2025.

Nitin brings over 18 years of diverse hospitality experience, with a strong track record in revenue strategy, commercial leadership, and market performance across India and the Middle East. Recognized for his analytical rigor and strategic foresight, he has consistently driven sustainable revenue growth across complex, multi-brand portfolios.

Prior to this appointment, Nitin served as Cluster Director of Revenue Management for the Goa Market, where he led revenue strategy for five Hyatt hotels spanning the Timeless, Boundless, and Independent Collections; one of Hyatt’s fastest-growing leisure destinations in South Asia. His role encompassed pricing strategy, market intelligence, forecasting, distribution optimization, and team development, delivering strong commercial results and building high-performing revenue teams.

Nitin’s earlier tenure with Hyatt Hotels Corporation in Abu Dhabi saw him manage both cluster and single-property revenue leadership roles, following foundational revenue management experience with Marriott Hotels and Oakwood in India. His career began in hotel operations and sales with esteemed brands including The Oberoi, Holiday Inn, and Golden Palms, giving him a well-rounded, operations-led commercial perspective.

In his new role, Nitin will oversee revenue management strategy across South India, focusing on market positioning, demand forecasting, pricing discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to support long-term profitability and brand strength. His appointment reinforces Park Hyatt Hyderabad’s commitment to thoughtful growth, commercial excellence, and highly personalized luxury.
