Park Hyatt Hyderabad is pleased to announce the appointment of Manish Suthar as Assistant Human Resources Manager

Manish brings with him over 10 years of progressive human resources experience within the luxury hospitality sector, with a strong focus on people operations, statutory compliance, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Known for his structured approach and people-first mindset, he has consistently supported high-performing teams across large hotel and convention environments.

Prior to joining Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Manish most recently served as Assistant Human Resources Manager at The Leela Gandhinagar and Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre, where he supported HR operations for a workforce of over 300 employees. In this role, he partnered closely with the Director of Human Resources to align HR strategy with business objectives, led recruitment for operational and managerial roles, managed payroll and compliance processes, and played a key role in employee engagement initiatives and attrition reduction.

Manish’s earlier experience includes HR leadership roles with IHCL (Taj Group) across multiple iconic properties such as Taj Fateh Prakash Palace, Taj Lake Palace, Taj West End, and Tajview, Agra. His exposure to both palace hotels and large urban properties has equipped him with a deep understanding of luxury service culture, brand standards, union liaison, audits, and pre-opening environments.

In his role at Park Hyatt Hyderabad, Manish will support the Human Resources function across talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and culture-building initiatives. His appointment reinforces the hotel’s commitment to nurturing talent, fostering an engaged workplace, and delivering thoughtfully personalized hospitality through empowered teams.
