New Delhi, 13th August 2025: Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity is pleased to welcome Saurabh Taneja as the new Executive Chef. With over 23 years of experience in some of the country’s most renowned kitchens, Chef Saurabh brings both depth and flair to the dual-branded property.

From leading award-winning restaurants to designing kitchen operations from the ground up, Chef Saurabh has built a reputation for precision, consistency, and bold flavours. His culinary journey spans iconic names like Hyatt Regency New Delhi, The Oberoi New Delhi, The Taj Mahal Palace Mumbai, The Oberoi Cecil in Shimla, and most recently Trident Gurgaon. In between his experience with landmark hotels, chef has also worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, hosted head of states including hosting the Hon’ble President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind, at The Oberoi Cecil, Shimla. In addition to this, Chef has also introduced menus to key diplomats and decision makers that have been as thoughtful as they were memorable.

At Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Chef Saurabh will oversee the hotel’s diverse food and beverage landscape from its renowned restaurants and banquets to wellness-focused offerings and in-room dining. With a keen eye for detail and a strong belief in simplicity and seasonality, he aims to bring a fresh energy to the culinary programme that reflects the tastes of today’s discerning travellers.
