With an impressive career spanning over a decade in hospitality, Surjeet brings a wealth of experience in operational excellence, revenue growth strategies, and a steadfast commitment to enhancing guest experiences.

Surjeet's distinguished career includes key positions with renowned hospitality brands such as Hilton in Goa, Westin, and Taj Hotels. Surjeet was honored for the Best ADD Restaurant award in Hilton India Estate for his innovative culinary initiatives. His expertise extends to pre-opening operations, having played an instrumental role in launching a 65,000 square foot banqueting space at Hilton & Hilton Garden Inn Manyata Business Park. Known for his people-centric leadership style, Surjeet has consistently fostered high-performing teams and driven operational efficiencies throughout his career.

In his new role at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Surjeet will oversee six distinctive F&B outlets across the twin properties, offering a blend of international and local culinary experiences. He will also ensure seamless service delivery for the 670-room inventory and manage operations for one of Delhi NCR's largest banqueting spaces. His strategic focus will centre on elevating guest engagement, optimizing revenue streams, and mentoring his team to uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
