Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Paschim Vihar is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Hema Dhoke as Director of Sales & Marketing, further strengthening its commercial leadership team.

Ms. Dhoke brings with her over 25 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, having worked with leading luxury and upper-upscale hotel brands across India. In her new role, she will spearhead the hotel’s sales and revenue strategy, with a strong focus on corporate business, MICE, weddings, leisure segments, and strategic partnerships, while driving market growth and brand positioning.

Prior to joining Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar, Ms. Dhoke served as Director of Sales at The Grand New Delhi, Vasant Kunj, where she successfully led sales operations for a large luxury hotel portfolio. Her professional journey also includes senior leadership roles with Signum Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Blu Hotels, Park Inn by Radisson, ibis Hotels, and Taj Palace, New Delhi, where she began her career and developed strong expertise across sales, account management, and market development.

Renowned for her strategic approach, strong industry relationships, and people-focused leadership style, Ms. Dhoke has been instrumental in driving high-value business, international MICE movements, diplomatic engagements, and new market penetration throughout her career.
