With over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Bhushan brings with him a wealth of expertise in managing large-scale housekeeping operations, delivering consistent guest satisfaction, and upholding impeccable service standards across premium hospitality brands.
A graduate in Hotel Management from GIHM Almora (Uttarakhand Technical University), Mr. Bhushan’s career is marked by leadership roles at renowned properties including ITC Fortune Select Global Gurgaon, Four Points by Sheraton New Delhi, Heritage Village Resort & Spa Manesar, and Radisson Blu Marina Connaught Place. His hands-on approach to team development, business partner relations coordination, cost management, and quality assurance has earned him notable audit scores and operational accolades throughout his journey.
In his new role at Radisson Blu Paschim Vihar, Mr. Bhushan will be overseeing the hotel’s accommodation operations, managing all housekeeping and laundry functions, implementing eco-friendly and sustainable practices, and supporting ongoing renovations and upgrades. He is known for his strength in training and developing efficient teams, ensuring high morale and performance, and maintaining a consistent guest-first focus.
