Prakash Shankar will lead the Radisson Resort Khopoli with visionary leadership focusing on efficiency and guest experiences.
Having a rich experience of over 24 years in diverse background with renowned hotel brands such as Taj, Marriott, Zuri, Carlson, Sarovar and Radisson, he has demonstrated success in pre-opening, rebranding, and managing operations across India. He brings with him an incredible wealth of knowledge and fresh
ideas that will enable community engagement, sustainability, growth and expansion, and meaningful collaborations. In his current role as general manager at Radisson Resort & Spa Khopoli, he oversees various tasks to ensure the effective functioning of the hotel.
As a general manager, being at the forefront of the hotel staff, overseeing operations, and always ensuring guest satisfaction remains his top priority. He personally follows the philosophy of ‘People First’, be it guest or employee, which is achieved by establishing shared values, balancing accountability with autonomy, and modelling by example.
An alumnus of the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, and holding a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University, Prakash brings skills such as strategic planning, quality assurance, general administration, resource management, P&L management, and training and development to his new role.
