Ms. Singh brings nearly two decades of experience to her role as General Manager. Her career spans senior roles across globally renowned brands including IHG Hotels & Resorts and Hilton Hotels & Resorts, before joining Marriott International seven years ago. This strong, brand-led foundation informs her strategic and guest-centric approach as she leads the Renaissance brand’s journey in Goa.

Prior to her role at Renaissance Goa, Ms. Singh served as Director of Operations at JW Marriott Mussoorie Walnut Grove Resort & Spa, where she oversaw overall hotel operations, financial performance and strategic planning for the award-winning luxury resort. During her tenure, she spearheaded innovative F&B concepts while implementing operational efficiencies that improved productivity and strengthened profit margins. Her input significantly enhanced guest satisfaction through personalized and thoughtfully curated experiences, contributing to the hotel earning multiple industry accolades. This hands-on experience at a large-scale luxury destination forms a strong foundation for her transition into the role of General Manager.
