A classically trained and passionate culinary professional, Chef Satish is celebrated for his creativity in menu development, operational leadership, and strict adherence to food safety and quality standards. His signature approach blends global techniques with traditional flavors, resulting in thoughtfully crafted dishes that resonate with both local and international audiences.

Chef Satish’s illustrious career includes senior roles at The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel, Andaz by Hyatt Aerocity, Shangri-La, Hyatt Regency, The Suryaa, and ITC Welcome Hotel. Notably, he also spent eight years with Carnival Cruise Lines in Florida, USA, mastering the art of international cuisine and high-volume culinary operations. His cruise line experience has provided him with an unmatched perspective on delivering excellence under pressure and catering to diverse global palates.

Throughout his journey, he has demonstrated exceptional ability to lead teams, minimize waste, streamline inventory systems, and maintain regulatory compliance—all while creating inspiring culinary experiences.

In his new role at Riga Foods, Chef Satish will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations across outlets and events. He will lead the development of innovative seasonal menus, optimize kitchen efficiency, and mentor kitchen staff to uphold world-class standards of service and presentation.
