Poonam’s illustrious career spans renowned national and international brands, including senior roles at Niraamaya Retreats, JHM Interstate Hotels, Renaissance Mumbai Hotel & Convention Centre, and Marriott International. An alumnus of IHM Mumbai and the University of Mumbai, she is known for her ability to strengthen market presence and build meaningful guest relationships through an intuitive, detail-oriented and excellence-driven approach.
