With close to two decades of experience in hospitality sales, Rajesh brings a strong understanding of market behaviour, revenue strategy, and relationship-led growth to the role. He will oversee Rosetta Hospitality’s pan-India sales strategy, guiding teams across corporate, leisure, MICE, and experiential travel segments. The mandate also includes strategic partnerships and shaping bespoke guest offerings aligned with the brand’s ethos of conscious luxury.

Rajesh’s career spans leading national and international hospitality brands, including Royal Orchid Hotels and Accor, where he has built high-performing sales teams, forged strong market partnerships, and driven sustained commercial growth. His tenure at these organisations reflects strategic insight, operational rigour, and a strong focus on customer-centric innovation.

A seasoned sales strategist, Rajesh brings deep expertise in enterprise sales, multi-segment market expansion, and the development of high-value commercial alliances. He is known for his ability to anticipate market trends and translate data-driven insights into meaningful guest experiences. In addition to leading the Sales function at Rosetta Hospitality, Rajesh will also steward the organisation’s Development mandate, engaging with potential asset owners and partners exploring lease, lease-back, and other collaborative operating models. His role carries both commercial and strategic significance, supporting Rosetta Hospitality’s next phase of growth.
